Gill Barlow Art
Welcome to my page - set up as I begin the Artist Journey. Many years in preparation for this moment, finally I get to explore more of my creative side. A florist from the age of 13, trained in London with a leading florist of the day, I've explored pottery, silversmithing, interior design and now painting, collaging and graphite drawing along with other installation ideas in the pipeline. Most recently, I have trained and worked as a self-employed naturopath and herbalist where the joy and delight of plants infuses my life like a well brewed tea!
I am signed up for Browne School of Art, Auckland, New Zealand, in 2026 as I commit to developing my skills and techniques that will enable me to undertake more of what is already in my mind's eye.
This is my journey - the good, the bad and the bits inbetween as I develop and explore the wonderful world of Art.
